Another Day, Another Pear ~ The Pear Chronicles 004

Continuing with my little pear series is The Pear Chronicles 004, a single golden pear with a multicolored loosely painted background. I have painted versions of this pear before ~ it is one of my favorites.

The Pear Chronicles 004 was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped museum quality canvas with painted sides to allow for hanging without a frame. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.

I am really enjoying the small pear paintings. There will be one more tomorrow and then I will have to take a short break and work on larger commissioned paintings this weekend.
