It's Day Three of the  30 Paintings in 30 Days in September with Leslie Saeta.  

Yes, I have painted this baseball eight times, exact composition-same ball.  It is my most requested commission and I love painting it.  Even after painting this eight different times, there are no two the same.  I always think the latest one is the best~

Today is going to be a fun day of painting~  The storm has passed and the light and weather are beautiful!

With a Carolina blue cloudless sky this morning, painting a Tar Heel painting will be easy~

Baseball VIII was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a museum quality deep gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides to allow for display without a frame.  This painting can either be hung on the wall or stood on a shelf like a block.

Day Nine, Ten and Eleven!  ~30 Paintings in 30 Days with Leslie Saeta   I'm done!  I really have to take a break.  Trying to keep up with daily painting and have a real job is killing me!  Kevin has been so good about taking care of everything around the house which gave me the opportunity to get this far~  I am still painting, I have two commissions to complete and I will paint as much as time allows~

Day Nine - Baseball V has sold~ 

Day Ten - Pear XII  has sold.  

Day Eleven - On Point V has sold.

One day I will be retired and can paint everyday~  I really look forward to that day!

Happy New Year!  2015 is going to be the best year ever!  

It is that time of year again~  ~30 Paintings in 30 Days with Leslie Saeta   I am very excited to start painting again.  I have had a rough few months and have missed daily painting.  I plan on a strong comeback by participating with over 1000 other artists to paint 30 new paintings during the 30 days of January~ wish me luck!

I have been wanting to paint a baseball for quite some time, so I stole Kevin's baseball and finally sat down and painted it. I painted this while watching basketball....Go HEELS!!
