Day Two! ~30 Paintings in 30 Days with Leslie Saeta    Originally, this was supposed to be a very loosely painted abstract bananas painting....well, that didn't happen.  I love painting this composition even when it doesn't go as planned.

Bananas VI was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a museum quality Ampersand Aquabord. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.

These three paintings were painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a museum quality gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides to allow for hanging without a frame.  Painting can also be placed on a small easel for display.

Finally back to painting!

I started by recreating one of my favorite paintings.  I always like to start with the familiar after taking a long break from painting.  I am very pleased with the way this one turned out.

Bananas II was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on Ampersand Aquabord. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish. This painting can be slipped into a frame or placed on a small easel.  

This painting sold in my Etsy.com store before I had time to post on my blog.  It was a nice welcome back from my painting hiatus.

No more sewing, centerpieces, and last minute details.  Courtney and Seth's wedding was just perfect.  Now, back to the real world.  Look for a new pear painting tomorrow~ hopefully, will get to paint on a regular basis for while~

New today, Bananas with Pomegranates, available for purchase in my EBSQart.com online gallery and in my Etsy.com store. I have been working on a large pear painting commission and took a break to paint this small banana painting. I will be finishing the pear painting later today.

After that, I will be finishing up my "Ripped Off" entries and sneaking in a few small paintings along the way.
