I am painting a large Monet-type lily pond painting for myself and currently working on small studies to see which composition I like best. I went through several paintings and pictures from Monet's pond and loved the green boat.

The Green Boat at Giverny was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a museum quality canvas panel. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.

This weekend I will be finishing up the two ballerina paintings. Just a few final touches and they will be done.

After that ~ who knows. I think it is time for new rooster paintings and a new martini painting.
